Alex Chan

Personal Trainer

Hi everyone, my name is Alex Chan and I am one of the instructors here at Sweat Fitness
in Queen Village. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most
realistic way possible while enjoying the workout at the same time. My knowledge of athletic
and strength training will provide you with the needed guidance and confidence so you will have
proper form, see results quickly, and gain the many benefits of strength and conditioning
training.
I am an NCSF certified trainer and have a background in Kinesiology at Temple
University. From playing lacrosse and football, to mixed martial arts, and running track, my love
for sports has no bounds. Staying active and continuing to live a healthy lifestyle while having
fun has always been a highlight for my training philosophy. I am blessed to have accomplished
many fitness oriented goals to include spartan race and tough mudder races, half marathons, and
amateur mma combat. I am also a proud dad of a Siberian Husky who constantly keeps me in
shape!
