I’ve been training since I was 7 years old through boxing, jiu-jitsu, and weightlifting. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to build muscle, get stronger, and train in a way that supports long-term health and prevents injury.

My approach blends athletic and functional training to help people of all ages and lifestyles reach their goals—whether that’s getting in shape, moving better, or just feeling more confident in their body.
