Harry Taggart

Personal Trainer

Harry has an extensive fitness background with years of experience, having been a successful high school and collegiate athlete, adult personal and group fitness trainer, and youth athletic programs manager, camp director, and sports coach. He continues to stay active with a passion for sports performance, bodybuilding, and exercise science, and enjoys playing basketball, pickleball, and any sport available to him in between his strength training. As the Regional Director of Training, Harry is excited to help create and coach new youth training and sports performance programming in his hometown of Philadelphia at Sweat Fitness
